We needed to bring our 23 senior marketing managers from the Iron Ore division together to review, adjust and ensure clarity on our marketing strategy and plan for 2014. With only a short time frame to plan the session, Chris and Ray worked with us to design an agenda that focused on the key issues necessary to achieve our objectives.
